Those who strived on danger, challenge, and scares lived freely among these tight boarders. That's when the plague hit and ran its course, killing many. The frightened people deserted the town, heading for higher and safer grounds. Some took their pets, while others left them to die. The story says that the plague hit, thinning out the herd and only leaving the strong. Some of the first dogs that inhabited still remain, but new strays have heard the legend of the dogs and the town, and they have come to see for themselves. The dog population is growing and maybe will forever strive, with only a few humans to stand in their way.

In the world of Yon Kisetsu, the heart that believes is the strongest of all. This world is ruled by the will.
There are four lands. The Land of Natsu. The Land of Haru. The Land of Fuyu. And the Land of Aki. Each is ruled by a prince and is goverened by it's own season.
Natsu is the land ruled by summer and home of Prince Akira.
Haru is ruled by spring and is the home of Prince Hikaru.
Fuyu is ruled by winter and is the home of Prince Nobu.
And Aki is ruled by fall and is home to Prince Tanaka.
Each land has a story to be told. And each land is sustained not by the princes, but by the keepers of heart. Four girls with the strongest hearts in their land are chosen and kept in the palace. They are not allowed to think of theirselves or to even fall in love. If they do, the worlds will crumble.

Kaliko ran a bit faster, to a little place in the expanse of cars where she knew Naz wouldn't find her. She smelt Ansem behind her, and heard his words to her sister. She gave a bland smile, leaping into the cars and to her spot.
Naz had her head high, walking off in one direction, different from them. "You'll regret it too."

Ansem looked startled as Kaliko stood between him and her sister, but when she left, he followed, his back not turned to Naz, but his snarling muzzle staring down at her, "I shall never forget you. And rest assured that if you ever try to harm her for this or even me, you will regret the day you met me."

Naz snorted as he did. "If you were to be her mate, who knows what you would do to her. You're pathetic scum." She spat at his paws hatefully, but thats when Kaliko came in to stop her sister from doing something she would regret.
Kaliko stood between Ansem and Nazoria, but with her back to Ansem, meaning she wanted Naz to stop. "Can you try and be nice, you idiot? He's a very close friend I just made, and you know I'm happier with him than with you. All you've ever done is made me live the hard life: no parents, which I blame YOU for, and living the streets on my own when YOU were gone. I blame YOU when I almost died of starvation. I blame YOU for everything, Naz. I don't want to know you anymore.." She started to walk off, with her head high, but tail low.

Ansem snorted, "Strength of heart and speed of mind are what win a battle dear Nazi. Not strength of muscle and speed of paw." He nodded his head to her, "But if your sister is allowed to have a mate I see no reason for you to suspect me of anything. I am an honorable dog, and one that will not stand to be insulted in such a way."

Kaliko smiled at him lightly. He was right though...Naz could be a little overprotective. She stood back, in case a fight broke out.
Naz growled again. "She is allowed to have one! And I may seem fragile, Ansem, but guess what?" She smirked evily. "I am strong, too. In my heart and on the outside."

Ansem snarled angrily, "You would deny your sister a mate? While I can assure you with a pure heart that I am merely a friend, I do find it rather...mouse-brained that your sister is not allowed a mate." He growled lowly, anger apparent in his soft eyes.
"I would not make the mistake of making me your enemy Nazi, I am more powerful than you know."

She growled deeply at her sister. What the hell was wrong with her? Ansem was just a friend that she had just met. Kaliko wanted to beat the living shit out of Naz right now.
Naz held her head higher, teeth bared, slightly blood stained. "You sure 'bout that? You weren't making moves on her?" Her neck fur bristled, fangs completely bared body low as if she wanted to lunge at his throat. "Because if you did, you are dead."

Ansem nodded at Kaliko's words, "Yes, I'm only a friend."
He matched the leader's stance, the build of his body fierce and foxlike, a wolfish set to his torso and legs. He snarled at her arrogance, jumping down from where he was to face her, his head above hers with mere height, "I helped her to catch some prey, you'll find her to be a skilled duck hunter now I believe."
